Using the website and tools
You may use the public website and tools for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in a way that harms other people or systems.
You are responsible for the files, text, database content, and other material you choose to process. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.
Tools are provided as-is
Public tools are provided without warranties and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Review a tool’s documented behavior and limitations before relying on its output.
Keep appropriate backups and independently verify output before using it in production, migration, legal, financial, security-sensitive, or other consequential work.
Local processing and external services
Some browser tools process inputs locally on your device; their individual pages explain when this applies. Links to third-party services and source repositories are governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.
Open-source software
Code published through our GitHub organization is governed by the license included in the relevant repository. These website terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by an open-source license.
Intellectual property
Unless a separate license says otherwise, the Fabreco Studio name, logo, website design, and original website content belong to Fabreco Studio. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution, but may not imply endorsement or copy the brand presentation.
Professional services
Website content and initial conversations do not create a consulting relationship. Professional work begins only under a separate written agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality, and other applicable terms.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Fabreco Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of public tools or reliance on their output. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
We may update these terms as the website and tools evolve. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to contact@fabreco.studio.
