Fabreco Studio is a software consultancy based in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil. For the processing described here, Fabreco Studio is the data controller unless a different role is stated.

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. We may also receive ordinary technical records from our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events.

Our browser-based tools may have their own supplemental privacy notices. Where a tool says processing is local, the file or text entered into its browser interface is processed on your device. If you deliberately call a tool’s server API, the submitted request necessarily reaches that server for processing.

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss and provide requested services, operate and secure the websites, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and understand basic service performance.

Depending on the context and applicable law, our legal bases include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the services, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Contact-form submissions are sent to Fabreco Studio by Resend, our email delivery provider. This means your name, email address, message content, and related delivery metadata may be processed by Resend and its authorized subprocessors to deliver and protect the email service.

Some Fabreco Studio properties use Google AdSense. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve, personalize, limit, and measure ads, depending on your location, settings, and consent choices. Google’s advertising cookies may use visits to this and other sites to select ads.

You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Where consent is legally required, an applicable consent message or platform control should be used before optional advertising storage or personalized advertising is enabled.

We do not sell the personal information submitted through our contact form. We share information only as needed with service providers that host, deliver, secure, or support the websites and communications; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; or a successor involved in a business reorganization.

Some providers operate in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers are supported by appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

We keep contact inquiries and related records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate business record, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal duties. Hosting, security, advertising, and email providers apply their own documented retention periods.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, anonymize, restrict, port, or delete personal data; learn about sharing; object to or withdraw consent from certain processing; and ask for review of decisions made solely by automated means. You may also complain to a competent authority, including Brazil’s ANPD.
